My name is Dave McMillion and I am the Sales Director at Beacon Roofing Supply here in South Florida. I’ve known Leo Rossi for over 15 years. During that time, I’ve worked directly with him as a sales rep and he as an estimator or in recent years at a much higher level in my current role and he as the VP of one of the largest contractors in the market. During our time in the industry, I’ve watched Leo’s professional career flourish with him holding key positions within his prior organization.

I met Leo Rossi around 2005, as roofing contractor project manager on a mutual project. Over the years we collaborated on many roofing projects and have always known him to be hardworking, knowledgeable in roofing systems and applications, as well the local building codes.

My name is Gabriela DePillis and I have been for the last 8 years the roofing sales specialist for Soprema. I have known Leo Rossi since my beginnings in the roofing industry.
